I'm a marriage and family therapist with 10+ years of experience in the mental health field. In other words, I'm passionate about helping people. In my time as a therapist, I've supported foster kids, teens, young- and middle-aged adults, and couples. I'd like to do the same for you.

Both in my personal life and my private practice, I value authenticity. By being real in our therapeutic relationship (even when it involves telling you something that's hard to hear), I hope to help you build authentic relationships outside of the therapy room.

Mental health treatment doesn't have to be cold and clinical. I want to get to know the real you and understand what you need to live a fulfilling life. During our time together, you'll be met with warmth, compassion, and even a little humor.

  • I have extensive experience working with kids and teens, especially those navigating family conflicts, challenging behaviors, and big life changes. Having the entire family on board is key to helping kids and teens thrive.

  • Any relationship can be tough at times. Adding in stressors like a mid-life crisis or the demands that come with life as a professional athlete and you're bound to have relationship issues. In marriage counseling, I can help you and your partner navigate relationship conflict, learn new communication skills, and strengthen your connection—even in the face of stress.

  • I have a background in sports, and I enjoy bringing that into my work with clients. I've helped athletes learn new skills to boost their performance both on and off the field. Executives can also benefit from this kind of mindset work.

  • Fee's are $175 per 50 minute session. Cigna is the only insurance provider accepted, however, if you have a PPO, a super bill can provided to go towards your out of network benefits.

  • Everyone has different needs and goals, so there's no straightforward way to figure out how long you'll need therapy. Some people go for a few months and others go for years. Some people attend therapy more than once in their lifetime.

    You and your therapist will work together to make a treatment plan that makes sense for your situation. This includes how often you'll meet, what you hope to accomplish together, and how long you might work together.

  • The type of psychological services that work best are the ones suited to your individual needs. There are many evidence-based approaches to therapy, so it's important to get a sense of which ones might resonate most with you.

    The approaches I use are backed by research. Studies show that both solution-focused therapy and CBT (two of the methods I often use with my clients) are both effective. However, they're certainly not the only successful approaches.
